Rider’s Position Sweden AB (hereafter ”Rider’s Position” or ”us”) cares about your personal integrity and about protecting the personal data that we process due to us providing the Service (Rider’s Position Rhythm Coach). Registration
To use Rider’s Position Rhythm Coach, you are required to complete a registration process to create an account with us. By creating an account in the app, you accept this Agreement and agree to be bound by each of its terms.

Moreover, when you as a User is using our Rhythm Coach, we collect Technical data about your performance. This will make it possible for you to follow your improvements in your “history” in the app.

Where is my information stored?
We collect usage data when the apps are being used. The information is stored in a secure cloud and can only be accessed with your personal account. All passwords are encrypted.
Rider’s Position uses cookies in the form of Google Analytics provided by Google, which is a tool for web analysis both on the website and in the app. Google Analytics enables us to collect and analyze and follow the traffic via third-party suppliers. We use Google Analytics to receive information about how Users find Rider’s Position Rhythm Coach and how they use it. Google Analytics helps Rider’s Position to enhance our app and ensures that the app meets the Users’ needs.
Who is the controller?
Rider’s Position Sweden AB, reg. no. 559213-5361 with address c/o Zetterqvist Blokhuis, Nordsångarvägen 3, 746 95 Sweden is the controller for the processing of personal data contained in this policy unless otherwise stated. This means that we are responsible to ensure that the personal data is processed correctly and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

If you have objections or complaints regarding how we process your personal data you have the right to contact or file a complaint with the Swedish Data Protection Authority which is the supervisory authority for our processing of personal data.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, such as username, password, and email address stored in our app.
Sharing your personal information
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

Rider’s Position has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. By using the Rider’s Position Rhythm Coach, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our app. Your continued use of the app following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
